The front desk staff could be nice, and I did have a great interaction with one of them, Emma. Breakfast had some decent options for what it's worth, nothing fancy but got the job done.

Wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still fine enough for us to manage.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the pool and hit the nearby fitness center to stay active. The hotel is close to the Bank of America Stadium, which was awesome for catching a game. Just keep in mind the shuttle runs infrequently, so plan ahead.

The noise from the highway was pretty loud during the night. definitely pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Room had a damp smell and unclean sheets.

The beds were really comfortable and the place was clean enough to actually relax. The front desk guy was cool, handled a lot of stress from a crowd without losing his head, definitely made an impression.

Our bathroom had mold and rust, and the towels were grimy with hair on them. I was horrified by the state of the kitchen too. it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. We couldn't even sleep well due to the noise from the highway. I tried contacting the front desk multiple times for assistance, but they ignored my calls. This entire experience was a nightmare and I can't believe I paid so much for such poor service.
